Maple yogurt
I recommend full fat organic yogurt over low fat or fat free yogurt. It is more satisfying and it will help you lose weight – don’t believe the hype about low fat.
1/2 to 1 cup full fat, organic yogurt
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 to 1/2 cup berries: organic strawberries, blueberries, saskatoons, raspberries
1 tbsp hemp hearts
Mix all ingredients together and add maple syrup to taste. Okay to have this treat up to 2 times per week if you are a blood type O or A and more regularly if you are B.
